Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer receives the order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the Seller within the withdrawal period.
Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Please note:
- Individual items within a gift box cannot be returned separately.
- In case of return, the entire box must be returned as a complete unit.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned package and all included items are intact and undamaged.
Defective or Incorrect Products (Complaints)
If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, the customer must contact us promptly at:

In case of a confirmed defect, the Seller may, at its discretion:
- replace the defective item, or
- refund the value of the defective item.
As the product consists of multiple items within a single box, compensation applies only to the defective item, not the entire box, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
