Terms & Conditions

1. Company Information

Football Gift Box is operated by MDSE-Stores ("Seller") (Business ID: 3240880-1, VAT: FI32408801) located in Tampere, Finland.

2. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via the Football Gift Box online store. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms in force at the time of purchase.

3. Products

Products sold are curated gift boxes containing multiple items. Each box is sold as a single product unit. Individual items within a box are not sold separately.

Product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations in products may occur without affecting the overall nature or value of the box.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments. Accepted payment methods may include credit and debit cards, Klarna, and other payment options available at checkout.

The order is binding once payment has been successfully completed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 General delivery terms

All products are shipped from within the European Union using third-party logistics providers. Carriers may include Posti, PostNord, DHL, UPS, GLS, and Matkahuolto. The carrier is selected by the Seller based on destination and logistical considerations.

Estimated delivery time within the EU is 3–7 working days from dispatch.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within a short handling time after purchase.

5.2 Shipping costs

Shipping costs are charged per order and vary by destination country. The applicable shipping fee is shown at checkout before order confirmation.

The Seller reserves the right to update shipping prices, carriers, and delivery methods at any time. Changes apply only to future orders.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer receives the order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the Seller within the withdrawal period.

Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Please note:

  • Individual items within a gift box cannot be returned separately.
  • In case of return, the entire box must be returned as a complete unit.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned package and all included items are intact and undamaged.

7. Defective or Incorrect Products (Complaints)

If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, the customer must contact us promptly at:

In case of a confirmed defect, the Seller may, at its discretion:

  • replace the defective item, or
  • refund the value of the defective item.

As the product consists of multiple items within a single box, compensation applies only to the defective item, not the entire box, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Seller is not liable for indirect damages, delays caused by third-party logistics providers, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

9. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable EU data protection legislation (GDPR). Customer data is used solely for order processing, delivery, and customer service purposes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Finland and applicable EU consumer protection regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Finland, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
